Fabrication Process Clinic

Join our Process Clinic with nano@stanford fabrication staffers (as well as fellow labmembers) for discussions about your questions regarding tool selection, process integration, and troubleshooting.

The Process Clinic typically is held every other Tuesday at 2 PM in the SNF Bullpen in the Allen building and on Zoom.

Woollam Ellipsometer Office Hours

Held on the first Thursday of every month at 11 AM in the SNF Bullpen in the Allen building and on Zoom.

AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy) Office Hours

AFM Office Hours are a great opportunity to:

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) User Working Group Meetings

The PVD working group is intended to bring staff and users together for better coordination, collaboration, and communication around our PVD tools and processes. Example topics discussed during our meetings may include:
