nano@stanford is currently in the process of merging the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility (SNF) and the Stanford Nano Shared Facilities (SNSF). The rate structure varies depending on which facility you will be accessing the equipment in. Please refer to the Rates below to find a compiled document for nano@stanford equipment rates.
